Marmarosh Quartz

Marmarosh Quartz, often poetically called the "Marmarosh Diamond," is a unique variety of rock crystal originating from the Carpathian Mountains, specifically from the Marmarosh Massif on the border of Ukraine and Romania. This mineral is highly valued by collectors for its exceptional clarity, vibrant vitreous luster, and characteristic crystal shape.

It typically forms perfectly shaped, sharply pointed, double-terminated crystals, giving it a distinctive aesthetic appeal. Crystals often contain tiny gas or liquid inclusions – natural evidence of their geological formation, which adds uniqueness to each specimen.
